I don’t want them after all! – No offence taken!
Just send your unwanted purchase back, unworn, unsoiled and with the tags and packaging intact and in the state they were received within 14 days of purchase (with the exception of December – see below for Christmas Returns). FIRSTLY THOUGH (this bit is important, that’s why we shouted) send us an email to email@example.com including your name and order number and we’ll send you a return code. Please use this to ensure Gorilla links your item to you.
As soon as we receive your items and Gorilla is happy, we’ll issue a refund! You will have to cover the cost of returning your unwanted items. We’re not made of bananas you know!
Because we know some of our products will be bought as gifts running up to Christmas, we extend the amount of time you have to return the items, just in case they’re not wanted, as if! 🙂 Any items bought between the 1st and 20th December have an extended amount of time to be returned. So long as the item is returned to us before the 9th of January a refund or an exchange will be made. Normal terms as stated above apply.
I Want To Exchange My Order
Not a problem! If you’re wanting a different product, we’ll send you a request for the difference in price. If it’s just a different size, no worries! Return your unwanted goods in the saleable state that they arrived in i.e. unsoiled and with all tags and packaging intact and we’ll process the exchange normally within 7 days. You’ll need to cover the cost of postage on the return and exchanged item. Fair dos right?
But firstly, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your name and order number and we’ll send you a return code. Gorilla needs this to connect you to your item.
If you think someone’s been monkeying around on the production line and you believe there to be a manufacturing fault, firstly email us an image of the fault and include your name and transaction number. Providing we agree with you, we’ll issue you with a return code and address to return your purchase.
In some cases, we may need to return the item to the manufacturer for testing which may take up to 28 days.
You will be required to cover the cost of returning your purchase and we will, of course, send out any repaired or replacement goods free of charge.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and an email will be sent to confirm when this has been done. All refunds are normally processed within 5 working days.
